The Villa is an old historic mansion with a manor court, surrounded by a large garden with olive grove, ideal for outdoor dining.

The Villa has maintained its authentic and original structure and is spread over three floors, with two independent entrances, one leading to the service area and the other to the main floor.

On the ground floor we find a large entrance hall, a large library, as well as all the services: a kitchen with a large fireplace, a laundry room, a small dining room and two bathrooms.

The two external staircases lead to the main floor, characterized by a typical escape of living rooms, which leads to a large dining room of about 100 square meters, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Finally, on the upper floor are all the remaining five master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a large and bright hobby room.

The bedrooms are spread over the upper two floors. In particular, on the second floor we find two spacious master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while on the second floor there are as many as five double bedrooms, three with en suite bathrooms and two with private bathrooms but not adjacent to the room.
